It wouldn’t be right if we didn’t see an Air Jordan 3 Retro release every quarter. While this backfired on Jordan Brand in 2014, causing them to put the AJ 3 back in the vault the following year, it returned to its old glory in 2016 and has been a staple ever since. With MJ’s Wizards PE dropping earlier this year and an all-new Midnight Navy closing out the year, Jordan Brand wants to ensure we get more AJ 3s in the new year. Following the AJ 3 Green Glow in the summer, Jordan Brand is dropping an all-new Heritage Twist rendition for fall.
Taking design inspiration from the classic Air Jordan 4 Cement, Jordan Brand will debut the Air Jordan 3 Retro Cement Grey. While there aren’t many differences, JB found a way to make this upcoming AJ 3 different from the classic White Cement edition. The pair comes in a summit white, fire red, cement grey, and black colorway. This pair sports a white-based leather upper in True Blue-style colorblocking.
Classic elephant print detailing is seen in its usual places: the toecap, back heel, and underlay beneath the plastic eyelets. Speaking of the eyelets, they come in cement grey and white. Red hits are found on the Jumpman branding on the tongue. Cement Grey makes its presence known again via the lining and top half of the midsole. The rest of the midsole is covered in sail, while a solid grey outsole ties everything together.
The Air Jordan 3 Retro Cement Grey will release on August 31, 2024, through Nike, SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in full-family sizing, the retail price is set at $200 (men), $150 (GS), $90 (PS), and $75 (TD).
